💼 The Role
- Source qualified opportunities and set qualified meetings that progress through the sales funnel, generating new revenue
- Make 25+ cold/warm calls and send 25+ personalized emails per day
- Bring driven and methodical approach to generating and qualifying sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, etc.
- Start building the sales playbook at Paraclete; as the first “official” sales person, you are going to be doing a lot of paving the way for the company!
- Make decisions for team Paraclete with all things business development related, while fully knowing that the team is devoted to give you all the support and resources you need to do your zone of genius the best way possible
- Utilize all Paraclete sales engagement, funnel management, and prospecting tools, while also being willing to get scrappy and try new things
- Efficiently communicate and work directly with our CEO, Vineet Rajan, and our Chief Guide, Jon Talbert, focusing on generating new business and expanding existing relationships
